Rosters released for All-Star Celebrity Shootout

LOS ANGELES -- Pop superstar Justin Bieber and Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane have been added to the rosters for the 2017 NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout, a friendly hockey game featuring 21 members of the 100 Greatest NHL Players list and celebrities from the worlds of movies, television and music. Team Gretzky and Team Lemieux, under the direction of Hockey Hall of Famers Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux, will face off on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 2:15 p.m. PT, prior to the 2017 Coors Light NHL All-Star Skills Competition™ at STAPLES Center. NHL.com and the NHL App will live stream the charity game.

Fans with tickets to the 2017 Coors Light NHL All-Star Skills Competition™ will be able to enter STAPLES Center to enjoy the NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout™. Doors open at 2 p.m. PT.

Below are the rosters for the charity game. Both teams will wear jerseys that will feature a special patch dedicated to the beloved TV actor Alan Thicke. Fans can follow the conversation via the official hashtag #NHLAllStar.

Hockey Hall of Famers Billy Smith and Pat LaFontaine will serve as assistant coaches for Team Gretzky. Actresses Alyssa Milano and Retta and Echoes of Hope co-founder Stacia Robitaille will serve as assistant coaches for Team Lemieux.

The 2017 NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout™ will benefit Echoes of Hope, a nonprofit organization founded by Luc and Stacia Robitaille, which strives to inspire hope in the lives of at-risk and emancipated foster youth.

The 2017 Honda NHL All-Star Weekend festivities continue with the 2017 Coors Light NHL All-Star Skills Competition™ on Saturday, Jan. 28 (4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET, NBCSN, CBC, SN, TVAS) and the 2017 Honda NHL® All-Star Game on Sunday, Jan. 29 (12:30 p.m. PT / 3:30 p.m. ET, NBC, CBC, SN, TVAS).
