Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist misses practice with flu

New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist missed the team's morning skate on Friday with the flu, the morning of their first game after the NHL's December holiday break, against the Ottawa Senators.

In 36 games played in his career against Ottawa, Lundqvist has a 15-17-3 record, a 2.08 GAA, a .931 SV%, and a 1 SO. He has allowed two goals or fewer in each of his last five appearances against Ottawa, posting a 3-2-0 record, along with a 1.57 GAA and a .943 SV%.

Antti Raanta will most likely get the start in net for the Rangers tonight. He has posted an 8-3-0 record, along with a 2.03 GAA, a .931 SV%, and 2 SO in his 12 starts this season, and he has allowed two goals or fewer in 10 his 12 starts in 2016-17.
