Penguins Unveil Stadium Series Uniform

The NHL Stadium Series is coming to Heinz Field on Saturday, February 25, and Bryan Rust helped the Penguins unveil their full uniform for the outdoor game against the rival Philadelphia Flyers.

Rust became the first player to skate in full "Pittsburgh Gold" on Wednesday after practice at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex.

"I love the color," Rust said. "I think I like the bright yellow helmets the most. It's something different … something you don't see too often."

The sleek new design features two patches - one to commemorate the Stadium Series and another paying tribute to Pittsburgh's heritage as the "City of Champions."
