Kitchener Rangers trade for rights to Blues' Fabbri at OHL trade deadline

"The Neutral Zone" Roster Report

Robby Fabbri
Kitchener (OHL) acquired the rights to Robby Fabbri just before Monday's Ontario Hockey League trade deadline.

The Rangers sent three draft picks to Guelph on Monday in exchange for the rights to Fabbri, who has firmly entrenched himself as a member of the NHL's St. Louis Blues this season. Guelph picked up the Rangers' third round pick in 2020, a conditional second round pick (originally from Saginaw) in 2018, and a conditional second round pick in 2019.

The 19-year-old Fabbri, the Blues' first-round pick in 2014, has 10 goals and four assists in 39 games so far in his rookie NHL campaign.
