Sabres recall Schaller from Rochester (AHL)

The Buffalo Sabres Monday announced the team has recalled forward Tim Schaller from the Rochester Americans (AHL).

Schaller tallied two assists and recorded a plus-1 rating in six games with the Sabres during his first recall of the 2015-16 season.

The Merrimack, New Hampshire native signed with the Sabres as a free agent in April 2013. He has 10 points (5+5) in 18 games for Rochester this season after posting a career-high 43 points (15+28) in 65 games for the Amerks last year.
