Lundqvist injured in game against Penguins

PITTSBURGH - New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist wad injured in the first period of the New York Rangers' playoff game against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday night.

Lundqvist was hit by a Trevor Daly slapshot in the final minute of the first period. After receiving liquid drops in his eyes after the incident, Lundqvist did finish the period.

However, Lundqvist was not in net, nor was he even on the bench for the start of the period.
