Jamie Benn, Lack, Brouwer named our 'Three Stars of the Night'

NEW YORK -- UNB! Network NHL/hockey blog 'The Neutral Zone' has named Jamie Benn, Eddie Lack, and Troy Brouwer as their 'Theee Stars of the Night' for the National Hockey League games taking place on February 23, 2017.

FIRST STAR - JAMIE BENN, F, DALLAS STARS

Benn recorded one goal and one assist in a 5-2 win against the Arizona Coyotes as the Stars bega
n a two-game winning streak.

SECOND STAR - EDDIE LACK, G, CAROLINA HURRICANES

Carolina netminder Eddie Lack earned a 34-save shutout and was named the game’s first star on Friday in just his sixth start this season. Lack’s last shutout was on Jan. 26, 2016, when the Hurricanes blanked the Chicago Blackhawks 5-0, Lack putting up a 40-save effort.

THIRD STAR - TROY BROUWER, F, CALGARY FLAMES

Brouwer had a goal and an assist to help the Flames go 4-0-1 (9 points) in their last five games.
