"The Neutral Zone" Staff Report
Forward Riley Sheahan and the Detroit Red Wings agreed to terms on a two-year contract with an average annual value of $2.075 million on Wednesday.
In 81 regular-season games in 2015-16, Sheahan recorded 14 goals and 11 assists for and 25 points. He also had one point in five Stanley Cup Playoff games.
Sheahan was selected by the Red Wings with the 21st overall pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
