The Islanders, who led 3-0 and 4-2 before the Rangers rallied to tie it on Derick Brassard's goal with about 8 1/2 minutes to go, ended their season-high seven-game road trip at 6-1-0.

Eric Staal had a goal and an assist for his first points with the Rangers in his fourth game since being acquired in a trade from Carolina just before the deadline. Oscar Lindberg and Tanner Glass also scored for the Rangers.

Artem Anisimov and Duncan Keith each had a power-play goal as Chicago won for the third time in four games, including a 5-2 victory at Detroit on Wednesday. The Blackhawks went 2 for 3 with the man advantage and have at least one power-play goal in each of their last four games. Jonathan Toews also scored.

OTTAWA, Ontario (AP) — Antoine Roussel scored the go-ahead goal late in the third period, leading the Dallas Stars past the Ottawa Senators.

Jason Spezza also scored for the Stars, and Kari Lehtonen made 23 saves.

Zack Smith scored the lone goal for Ottawa. Andrew Hammond turned aside 23 shots in the loss, which left the Senators six points back of the Detroit Red Wings for the final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference.

WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP) — Lauri Korpikoski scored the go-ahead goal late in the second period and Cam Talbot made 39 saves as the Edmonton Oilers edged the Winnipeg Jets.

Mark Scheifele scored the lone goal for Winnipeg, a day after his first career NHL hat trick.

BLUES 4, WILD 2

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Jori Lehtera scored in his return to the lineup and the St. Louis Blues held on to beat the Minnesota Wild.

Lehtera was back following a three-game absence after being hit in the face by a puck on Feb. 25. Ryan Reaves, Patrik Berglund and Robby Fabbri also scored for St. Louis, which won its third straight. The Blues have victories in seven of their past eight road games.
