In the New York Rangers 3-0 win against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday, the Penguins found themselves in a position they had not seen recently, being shut out.

In the loss, Penguins forward and captain Sidney Crosby did not even register a shot on goal, which is unusual, considering that Crosby had four goals and four assists in the last three games prior to Wednesday night's game.

Kevin Hayes, Dominic Moore, and Jesper Fast scored for the Rangers in the game (Fast scored an empty netter).
