Bruins defeat Wild 4-2 in Saturday afternoon matinee

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – The Boston Bruins pulled off a 4-2 victory against the Minnesota Wild on Saturday afternoon.

David Krejci broke a tie in the second period for the Bruins, while Brad Marchand, Loui Eriksson and Zdeno Chara also scored for Boston. Thomas Vanek and Mike Reilly scored for Minnesota. 

Marchand has scored in six straight games and has 12 goals in his last 12 games.

The Wild have lost seven in a row and 13 of 14 after the loss.

Darcy Kuemper made 15 saves for Minnesota, while Jonas Gustavsson made 31 saves for Boston.
